We are the largest builders in the Metaverse. We have over 100 million square feet of metaverse real estate, own over 100+ LANDS across multiple different platforms and have over 100 architects and builders creating the most insane experiences for some of the biggest brands in the world.
We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to ramp up our go to market and help us establish LandVault as a category defining company. This role will report directly to the CEO, and will involve owning and growing all aspects of our marketing function, including; product, event and brand marketing, growth strategy, product direction and helping to grow our Web3 community. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience successfully growing a fast paced start up and who’s able to super charge us to our next level of success.
Identify problems and market opportunities that drive growth
Ensure high-quality messaging that enables LandVault to be a category defining business
Inform and support product direction with your deep understanding of B2B marketing and the Web3 landscape (desirable)
Build outreach plans, positioning, and go-to-market plans
Monitor and optimize towards critical metrics and revenue targets
Understand the Web3 competitive landscape, spot and follow key trends, contribute to product feature prioritization
Grow and foster our Web3 community
Become a subject matter expert in-market and evangelising LandVault at events, functions, networking etc
Managing an extremely talented team of marketers and creatives
Experience with full stack Product B2B marketing, ideally in Web3 and/or SAAS products/services
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (Series A - D is desirable)
Best-in-class brand builder and storyteller
Experience managing teams of 5+
A clear communicator and problem solver.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional alignment and execution
Demonstrated ability as both a strategic leader and an extremely high-producing, effective hands-on contributor
Passionate about the Web3 space - whether that be NFT’s, Crypto, Metaverse worlds - we don’t care!
Understanding of paid media preferred (Google, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Understanding of email marketing cadence and platforms helpful but not required
Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a bonus.
